American born Milena grew up in Virginia, USA. and is of Italian/American heritage. Now a Londoner, she has travelled the world including Paris, Italy and The Netherlands where she lived for many years.
Milena’s entrepreneurial skills extend to her renewed career as a model as well as to her passion for herbalism, foraging and creating.

1935I often attend classical concerts and last week’s concert presented less popular pieces played by the Schumann Quartet featuring Haydn, Beethoven and Weiner. I couldn’t wait to get to the concert hall, but was feeling a bit tired so I grabbed an espresso, met a friend after and looked for my seat. As the musicians began to play you could sense a kind of heightened excitement in the room and that was it… I became so fully immersed in the music that I truly felt transported to the past. I imagined the different scenes I was in based on the tempos of vivace, adagio, menuetto, allegreto, molto vivace,allegro con anima!!! I mean the Italian language covers it all!!! I imagined to every last detail the bespoke jewels and gown I was wearing, my exquisite hairstyle and all of the gorgeous palaces I frequented. I almost couldn’t keep up with my imagination and at the end of the concert two hours later I opened my eyes and felt so alive. My fatigue had completely vanished. Beautiful music reaches the soul on the deepest level and I am so grateful to be able to experience just a hint of this. I do wonder if these divinely inspired composers ( such great music could only be divinely inspired ) ever imagined that their music would touch souls for all future generations. What magnificent legacies! Side note- really miss the days when you could get a decent passport pic!!!🤩 Love and Light

We did really dress like this pretty much every day in the 80s I kid you not:) My little message for today is please don’t hold on to past memories that are larger than your fresh vision. A new season requires a new spirit. You grieved long enough for what used to be. Time to move upwards and onwards Beautiful Ones. Don’t be stuck in the past. Where we are headed is so much brighter than where we were. Look at your problems in the light of God’s power instead of looking at God in the shadow of your problems. Embrace the uncertainty of the new- fear of the new.
