5Doing this shoot for @venusetfleur brought back so many wonderful memories of when my daughter was little. I have stacks of photo albums which I treasure with all of my heart and working with the beautiful Myla, and baby Amaro gave me the opportunity to go back in time. Not yet a grandmother and still a way to go I do now understand why grandparents spoil their grandkids! What a treat it was to work with these precious children and to be surrounded by the most gorgeous flowers! Thank you @venusetfleur and to the wonderful team: Photographer: @jjreddington Videographer: @krystenapatton Producer: @lizbreuer Creative Producer: @oliviadevenne Hair & Makeup: @mykengarciabeauty_ Prop Stylist: @xavierames.co Prop Styling Assistant: Charlie Ward Hanke Lighting: Sascha Hosters Production Assistant: Julien Loesch ❤️ and Light #flowers #mothers #mothersday #floralbouquets #celebration

9I love any beauty that the eyes can perceive whether crafted or inspired by the Creator be it organic or non-organic. And so, I have the inclination to compliment women, not just my close female friends, but even complete strangers when they have a distinctive presence. I don’t mean distinctive or striking according to the societal standard of beauty. I mean “that something” which is individualistically compelling about their persona, their look. That could mean striking hair/ a cut, a piece of jewellery, an outfit or just a style that really stands out and tells you something about them. I do admit at first I feel a bit awkward commenting to a complete stranger on her beauty, but once I get over the initial embarrassment It’s clear that the compliment is appreciated. I had one of those days today and was not feeling in my fullest form when a stunning young woman sat across from me on the tube. We both got off at the same stop and she went out of her way to compliment me in front of everyone and it threw me off because it’s usually me that does that. It really made my day! Not that we need compliments for self validation, but I wasn’t feeling that put together and realised how much others see us differently than we see ourselves. It reminded me of a story my Mom told me when she was in a queue with my dad a very long time ago and was considerably older and another woman complimented her. My dad commented “she was really beautiful when she was younger” and the woman snapped back and responded “she’s still beautiful!” I know my dad didn’t really mean it like it sounded! So if you see anything that strikes you as beautiful in another woman don’t hesitate to tell her! Women need to support women and it’s a tiny gesture that costs nothing and may just make her day! Beauty knows no timeline. Wonderful Throwback to the Magic Body Cream Campaign @charlottetilbury ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ❤️ and Light #beauty #campaign #skincare #womensupportingwomen

4Although it’s easier to do self tapes in the comfort of your home they still require time and some preparation especially when you have paintings on every wall:))) #spontaneity #ads #talkthattalk

16The Spring and Mother’s Day Collection is officially here @venusetfleur A celebration of the timeless traditions passed down through generations. From the hand illustrated Delft Jardin Bleu print to the world’s first preserved Eternity® Japanese Ranunculus, every piece is designed to outlast the moment. These are the most breathtakingly beautiful bouquets and it was such a special and heartwarming shoot. I absolutely loved every moment of it. Working with the beautiful models Baby Amaro, Myla and Nora as my grandchildren and daughter inspired me to look forward to that day when I will become a grandmother one day in the future! The team was absolutely brilliant and what a wonderful atmosphere it was to be surrounded by floral gorgeousness and to work with such warm hearted, talented and delightful individuals. 18The Great Silence A time of waiting. Although the disciples of Jesus were behind locked doors, afraid of the religious authorities, there was still somehow a sliver of hope. They didn’t understand what Jesus meant when he promised to return to them on the third day. Holy Saturday is the day of transition, the day of silence and waiting while the body of Yeshua rests in the tomb. The disciples were witnesses and participants of all the great miracles and healing wonders of Christ, yet little did they know that they were about to behold His resurrection that would forever break the shackles of the soul for all eternity. The killing of Yeshua was the darkest day, but that was not the end of the story. The resurrection was the light which darkness would never be able to extinguish It seems the perfect day to share with you a parable that Jesus told, which can be found in the Gospel of Luke, Chapter 15, verses 11-32. It is a story that represents God’s full and unconditional love for us, no matter what we have done in our past. The story is about two sons, one obedient to his father and the other son reckless, but both are equally loved by the Father. No favouritism. And so it is with us, we do not need to, nor could we ever earn our salvation. We are simply loved and saved through the Grace of our Lord. This has nothing to do with religion; it is an intimate, direct connection between you and God. No strings attached—just an honest repentant heart and faith. Jesus lovingly did it all on the cross on Calvary, and through his glorious resurrection, there is redemption for every soul who seeks him. The wait is almost over. The light is coming tomorrow… *you can faintly hear the music of an ice cream truck in the background! God bless you all and Happy Easter ✝️ #Easter #resurrection #Jesus #Yeshua

20The transition from colouring my hair to my natural silver was not an easy journey not due to anything other than my lack of confidence to embrace my natural gray. You don’t need tons of products to go silver you just need to make the decision and be a little patient during the process. My modelling agency @mrsrobinsonmgt encouraged me in 2018 to grow my hair out. I failed at seven attempts to transition to gray hair until I finally stopped listening to my friends who told me I would look too old and unattractive. My hair surrounding my face was stark white while salt and pepper in the back so it was a bit more challenging. So on most days I would just wear my hair up and my secret was a brown root touch up hair crayon/stick and I would apply some streaks in the front just for balance. It worked like a dream and the effect with a crayon/stick was much more effective and more natural looking than powders or sprays which I found to be messy. That helped while my silver was growing out. So glad I finally listened to my inner voice to do my own thing. You can too and you will never turn back trust me! Silver hair is so liberating and now I can’t imagine myself with any other colour than my natural one My only regret is not having taken the journey sooner. I am in ❤️ with my natural silver! #silverhair #hair #hairjourney
